Going on sale tonight at Best Buy for same price but available now on Amazon, was $299 during Black Friday sales, seems to be the cheapest 4k monitor available older model but pretty good reviews

This looks like the thread that may help me.

I’m a console gamer (PS4 Pro). I have an older 4K 28” monitor (no HDR)
If I want to upgrade is 1080p or 1440 with HDR better? Freesync? Refresh rates??
