Did the Dawn formula change over the years? I used to buy Palmolive because it was the cheapest but required the most liquid to get a sink of dishes done. When buying Dawn on sale, it was always night and day better. Better results with less liquid.

Lately, it seems like the Dawn I have is weak like the old Palmolive. I even tried the Dawn and vinegar solution to try cleaning shower and had really terrible results, not like people had reported with pictures.

Amazon does not do well delivering large liquid items...from my experience anyway
+1... recently had a bad experience where I ordered a case of 4 bottles of Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and it was leaking when the delivery was made. The outside box was not damaged but when I opened it, one corner of the case was damaged. Opening the case up, I found one bottle was crushed on the bottom and was punctured. Usually, Amazon is pretty good when shipping liquid items as they would put it in a clear plastic bag. But in this case because it came 4 in a case, they didn't do it, and hence the cleaner fluid soaked completely through the case and was starting to leak out the outer delivery packaging.

But to Amazon's credit, once I reported the problem with the damaged packaging, they were quick in sending a free replacement.

My wife has a daycare and the only thing she will use to wash dishes is the Palmolive Advanced. They have the 5L for around 10.99 (Or maybe cheaper with coupons) at costco. She tried many different brand even the original Palmolive and she said the Palmolive Advance is the best.

We have a smaller bottle that we refill and even myself I find it work great.

They have a 2 pack on Costco.ca for 26.99 but it's because they add shipping cost.

We stopped using Dawn years ago, our sponges and dish cloths used to smell quite bad, ripe... someone told us it was our dish detergent. So we started using sunlight and no more issues.
We now use the BULK Palmolive from Costco, no issues, whatsoever.
Less than $8 for 5 litres

The deal is for Dawn Ultra (grease fighter) which is comparable to Ultra Sunlight or Palmolive Ultra.

It's <11 L. If you use 1 L/month, it would be less than a 1-year supply.

We used the dawn ultra before, and our dishclothes still stunk, and now they don't with regular Palmolive.
