I want this.. But I need something longer... I have an above basement which is also my main and only exit/entrance.... I have a living space floor, bedroom floor and a roof top terrace. I need this to drop down from the roof top.

Had I bought it I would have used it just for the heck of it/coolness factor of using a ladder to get down.
