A Galaxy S9+ including the 20% discount comes up to $627 before taxes which seems to be a good price. If I remember correctly, BB was selling Open Boxes for ± $850 a week ago or so.
Would have purchase it but I'm planning on upgrade from a S7 Edge to a Note 9 ;-)

The $850 was for a Note 9 not a S9+.

Interesting. cleaning supplies like scrubbing bubbles are available to be bought. So what does open box mean? Someone has opened it, cleaned their toilet bowl, and put it back in the box?

I think it's rather 'damaged boxes' vs previously used supplies.
