Your name and address are tagged. Unless you change your name on the credit card. The value of the returns vs. account purchase history is taken into consideration. If you try returning 10 processors at $500 a pop, you will quickly be banned.
Lol nah.... are you saying there are no people with the same name...? Use a new FlexDelivery address or have it sent to a family member.

Name, IP address, delivery geolocation, credit card issuer.

Sure, you can bypass if you spend the time. But unless you're unemployed and sitting at home most people don't want to waste time sticking it to Amazon by ordering and returning the same thing.

I was told by Amazon that it is in fact the 3400G. The title is correct, the product info is wrong.

any update on the cpu from people who received it on Thursday? My order says that it was shipped on Monday and should be arriving some time tomorrow. I am going to piss my pants if it’s actually the 3400g

This thread is sounding weirdly familiar.

I'm sure folks are savvy enough to realize that the 3200G is barely above an abacus.

Folks should consider the stately 2600 plus a cheap mobo. It's $180 right now, possibly cheaper on BTS.

Clincher. It doesn't have the APU setup of the G-class 3rd gens so it would rely on the weak mobo integrated graphics.

If you're going dedicated graphics, the 2600 remains a contender.

God bless.

Also, they use the same core design because the 3000-series APUs are on Zen+, not Zen 2 like the CPUs. It also has 6 cores. 6 is more than 4.

That being said, I'm pretty convinced that AMD has a big price drop ready for whenever Intel tries to counter them. If you don't NEED a CPU right now I'd put it off.

There will always be price drops. The issue is timeliness in accordance with need.

My build should've been finished in June, I've put it off... likely until August.

Just wondering where the 2600 is $180 now?

LOL, I ordered it from Memory Express, pricematched to Amazon, and it shipped today.

I just did it to see if it worked, don't need it as I already have a 2200g. Time to make my parents a PC I guess.

After tax and shipping, total is 159.22
thanks man, I can see folks from ryzen 3900x just punching the air right now cause they didn’t think about price matching amazon with memory express
