[Amazon.ca] AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Processor w/2 free games (Division 2 & World War Z) - $276.99

Just got an alert from CCC on a price drop. All time low. Likely to make room for the 3000's.

Nonetheless, amazing price if you need one now.

Ships and sold by Amazon.

Oh no, just completed my build with a 2600X at $255.

Re-selling values of the games are like ~$60 and ~$30.

Yeah, unless you need a CPU NOW, I would wait for the 3000 series. Depending on how much inventory is left in the channels (my guess is a lot considering AMD needs to fulfill their wafer supply agreement with Global Foundries), I could see these things being blown out even cheaper than it is right now. Hell, there is still 1000 series Ryzen in retail channels and I'm kinda scratching my head at why AMD isn't blowing them out via rebates to the retailers.

The 25% tariffs are really going to slow down global growth. Expect prices on everything to keep dropping (including the Canadian dollar).

Yeah, we never get deals that good. The best I was able to do was $195 for the R7 1700 at Mike's Computer Shop.

Slowing global growth affects demand for electronics, regardless of their country of origin.

CC had the 1800X for $220 in aug of last year and the Ryzen 2600 was ~$190 on BF/BD. Your deal and those 2 other deals were so far the best deals on Ryzen in Canada.

I am Chinese. SteamCN has a lot of Chinese gamers trading keys including those from Russian resellers.

2200g on sale for $119 on Amazon as well. Almost tempted to grab it to last me until when Ryzen 3000 comes out, lol!

would be nice if 2700x got a similar discount than the 2700. I am waiting for 3000 but I might bite for a 2700x in the low $300
