-PD
-QC 2.0
-PiQ
-USB 3.1 + USB-c PD

the bad?

-only 2 ports
-only QC 2.0

How does this compare to the slim 10,000 mAh Anker one that's on sale for the same time for $32.99? Worth the extra $15 to go double the capacity, but also bigger and heavier unit?

Is the only way to charge this via the USB-C port on the power bank?

Up to you if the extra capacity is worth the extra weight, for me it wasn't considering I never actually drain my power banks. This one appears to have a higher output on the USB A port but I don't have any devices that can't charge C to C anyways so I didn't see a point of that either.

Yes. If you don’t have any devices that charge through USB C, you may need to get the set with a PD wall charger instead.

EDIT: My bad, the power bank will charge fine with a USB C to USB A cable (sold separately) except it’ll take longer to charge

For me I have a LG G6 Think phone and a Nintendo Switch, so theres than for USB C charge. Plus I also got a USB C PD wall charger to go with the power bank...

It supports PD (open standard), IQ 2.0 (Anker's proprietary standard), and QC 3.0 (Qualcomm's proprietary standard).

The USB-C port is both an input and output and can be charged with C to C PD or with any other USB-C charger.

Anker has 3 different 10k slim versions: an older micro USB version, a newer USB C version, and the latest USB C PD version. All are on sale.

Go with one of the USB C versions as the micro is pretty dated now.
