No problem! I think the sound quality is above average. That video posted in OP, the JBL Charge 4 sounds better but for the price point I think getting 2 for $70 to pair up for a large indoor space / backyard / pool area is pretty decent!
I have been using the Flare(gen1) one in the shower for about 3 years now, i'm happy with my purchase. Didn't bother with the LEDs much, i only like the set colour/cycle breathing setting. The setting that paces according to music isn't good imo. Haven't updated the firmware, if any updates since purchase.
It's been splashed with a lot of water and moisture over the years, and i've never submerged in water. So far so good!
Can you pair this both together? so that i can connect one of it to my Amazon fire stick and then get sound out of both speakers?
I would want to put this on my left and right nightstand to watch movies at night on low volume LOL
TV is mounted far and i have to turn the volume high to hear it which is disruptive in the house.
on RFD while working, trying to save money on things :facepalm:

My local Costco has the Rave Neo and I decided to try it. Was waiting for it to go on clearance where it will likely drop $10 or $20 (currently $130). But I’m very impressed with it. Highly recommend it if you’re still in the market.

Yes you can, with any of the Anker Soundcore speakers you can connect them together. With the Flare 2 I don't believe its TWS (True Wireless Stereo) which means left and right channels but you can connect multiple speakers and spread them out for "surround sound".

Thanks for the comment! I missed the hot deal last year when there was a Costco pricing error for $69.99...I was contemplating it when it was $99 on sale too.
Anyone knows if the speaker is in sleep mode after not playing for awhile, can the speaker be awake by re-connecting through bluebooth and start playing again? I have other Anker bluetooth speaker and the speaker needs to be turned off and on physically again so that it can play.

Damn. I missed that sale in December. Hopefully it goes back on sale in the next 30 days. Even at retail it’s a great speaker.
