I bought one of these on sale last Winter, and it actually works better than i expected for the price. I'd recommend it.

I like this for cleaning sofas and area rugs. Takes a bit of effort and diligence to make sure you're vaccuming up most of the water, but it's effective.

I bought it for the same price from Bissell last year, but the sample solution leaked in the shipment and I got a large bottle for free.

This thing is amazing for cleaning milk and other kids related stains out of fabrics. We've tried it on velour/ultrasuede, Berber carpet, silk, microfiber and it's worked on everything.

Just so people know, I believe Chrisfix (Youtuber who does a lot of DIY work with cars) used this model in his car carpet cleaning video. I'm kind of tempted to buy one, because I saw how well it worked in his video. Any thoughts?

anyone recommend some decent detergent/soap? Most of the stuff I see in store just says "for stand up models only, not for floor models".. Is the soap that doesnt say that fine for these units?

Could you please share the recipe of your concoction?

The Bissell is handy.

I used to buy the Bissell liquid but make my own cleaning concoction.

Been wanting to clean the carpets in 2 small rooms this summer. Is this any good for it? Or are the stick ones better? There's so many models, I'm not sure which one is best.

Rooms are approx 100 sq ft

I have one of these and I did a farily clean small sized sedan with leather seats (so only floors needed to be done). Had to refill the solution 2 times and almost finished the second fill as well. Do yourself a favor and get an upright model, I think this is best used to supplement a bigger model for small messes here and there.

Ironically I bought this today. Will work well on fabric cushion of dining chairs.
How can I be broke when I am saving so much?

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it. I'm not an expert; just wanted to remove some stains, make my couch and chaise look much closer to 'new' and it did that.
