Hmm, not working for me, I added the gift card, at the checkout now and still having to pay for the gift card, is there a promo code or am I doing something wrong??

On the 3DS XL page, scroll down to the special offers section and click "add both to cart." The discount will be applied when you checkout.

Yup, click the link OP posted and scroll down, there is a section that shows the promotion and you click the "Add Both to Cart," it'll show the adjusted price on the checkout screen.
