Never had Blink before, using Wyze V3 now and the motion detection is just SH*T...It never detect the person moving, just shadows and trees swinging...Might get this to try, anyone has experience with both? Is Blink better?
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you might have.

I have the old blink, you can configure zones of detection, worked great for me. Now switching to a closed system with continuous recording (Unifi protect)

I have blink cameras and wyze doorbell.

Blink is definitely good. Whereas wyze ( guess cause of the price) is less refined?

i've had nothing but terrible experiences with blink.
it doesn't seem to care about areas of detection, it constantly goes off to show nothing, OR it doesn't go off at all, or it takes so long to start recording the person is already moving away from my door and it misses the whole time they walked in.

There is a limit to the continuous live viewing on the Blink cameras. Currently, you are able to view up to 5 minutes at a time in 30 second intervals.

which suck....

Yeah, like most cameras, detection is too late. That's why i added a 2nd one on the tree. I can clearly see them on their way back as well. I like the Blink so far as their fairly cheap (70$) and they have a decent battery life too.
