[Amazon.ca] Blue Microphone Yeti USB Microphone (Black) - $129.99 ($60 off)

Not the absolute lowest historic price, but seems like a pretty good price for an item which is rarely below $150.

Edit: Price dropped another $10

Do you think the Yeti will be on sale then? Last years prime day deals weren't that great, if I recall.

Hmm, then it's possible that PrimeDay may have a better deal, though it might not go on sale again for PrimeDay.

Agreed, they've been as low as $65.

Wait for the XLR version if you can. I purchased mine last year at $91. Was good but I wish I got the XLR not the USB only version

Thanks, RFD. I'm in the market for one, but I'll wait based on the advice above.

That was actually a price error where the 50% off discount was applied twice upon checkout. It was meant to be sold at $89.99+tax but people got it for $44.99+tax.

Still too high. I'll wait till it drop even more. At camel camel camel site the lowest it went was $89.99.

I'd consider it to be a good deal if it was $80-90. the Price error at <$60 will probably never happen again

I just picked one up last week, so they are still available at some locations. It wasn't $70, but I got it for under a hundred with the $15 in Canadian Tire money I had kicking around, so I'm happy.

With the value of the dollar the way it is, coupled with Amazon having to use couriers due to the postal strike, I'm not expecting the Yeti to go sub-$100. In fact, I have a very distinct feeling this Prime Day is going to suck overall (which I say as a Prime member)

Mark my words.

It's been this price at londondrugs past 2 weeks. Was thinking of posting it, but then this mic has been on sale for $99.99 in the past, and been waiting for that instead.

Damn, was it the version with the bonus software included? I should'be checked that out, although I prefer the color I got.

Don't spend that kind of money on a mic. Buy a preamp like the USB Dual Pre and then get a proper XLR mic. I use an XLR mic I bought for like 20 bucks, the PDMIC58, and it sounds better than my old yeti and I have WAY more control over how it sounds. I bought the preamp used for like 20 bucks.
