[Amazon.ca] Bodum Bistro Double Wall 0.45l Set of 2 Coffee Mugs $30

I've had my eye on these for a while since I've dropped a few. They haven't had the proper size coffee mugs on sale in ages and apparently I set up an alert and got the email this morning.

Great price and great mugs if you like a big cup of brewed coffee

Lowest price according to ccc. Hard to justify spending $15 per cup... but I really like these.

Edit: I had similar ones on watch in ccc B00ZPZHPAS that went as low as $10 a pair... but aren't in stock.

These types of mugs can easily be found at winners, Marshalls and homesense for $12-$20 for a set of 2 regularly...

The Bodum double-walled glassware have a silicon pressure-release valve on the bottom of their mugs. My experience with those cheaper mugs (that don't have valves) -- if you pour boiling water into them, they sometimes instantly shatter. That's never happened with a Bodum one.

Can definitely vouch for Bodum. I have the Pavina 8oz set and it is so nice. The only downside is the white markings at the bottom of the cup. Otherwise handcrafted mouth blown, definitely wow.

Even HBC, I bought my Bodum set of 6 for $18, and espresso cups for $4 for 2.

I've been looking for ages, as I've heard this same comment from friends. But I've yet to see a high quality set like Bodum. They've got a pressure relief valve and they're nice and big. The knockoff ones I find cheap. Even the DeLonghi I haven't had a good experience with.

This must have been some 5th floor clearance rack? They are $52.50 for the set on their website. Even on sale at HBC I've never seen them before $40

I have many brands double wall glasses, Bodum one definitely feels more durable, but I still broke one which is the destiny for them, one day they will be broke.

I've been using these mugs for years now as my daily coffee mug. Excellent product, and they're bigger than they look. 100% recommended.

You will eventually break them for sure, and if I didn't have a new set in the cupboard, I'd be buying immediately.

Yup, clearance sales are the best! I wish i bought more, one chipped from a slip but otherwise very durable.

Thanks! I can combine with Ampli, Paymi and Ebates on Indigo!
And finally order those books I've been wanting to!
