I prefer the Norm bar.
The name is pronounced El‧u‧àr‧do. I am the ultimate deal hunter, y'all just gatherers. I was the first openly black man to get a Costco membership.

Thanks OP ordered Chocolate Brownie, I've tried Chocolate Chip before and it's a nice flavour, hoping Brownie is the same.

I mean, that might be useful if you're going to be hanging off a cliff like the guy on the bar - but if you're going to be sitting at a desk all day, not so much.

Energy bars were not designed for the couch potatoes or the snackaholics. Energy bars are used as energy source during athletic events like marathon, triathlon and other events and outdoor activities, where energy expenditure is high, for longer period of time.

Yes so the guy who doesn’t wanna rush out the house with a banana, should probably just stick to rushing out the house with a banana.

What's wrong with that? I'm 30 and stick and bones and I barely ever look at how much sugar is in stuff. Just be mindful of WHEN you eat certain things and how much you eat. If you eat one of these bars in the morning when your body has been starving for 13 hours, all the sugar will be used up. None of it will get stored. Same story if you're doing an activity. Your body will use up all the sugar no problem.

I'm the banana guy. I'm gonna respectfully disagree with you on this. Normally I eat 2-3 bananas in the morning if I'm short on time (which is 90% of the time). That's 25-30 grams of sugar right there. But of course banana is a fruit and it has a lot of other vitamins and minerals, but so does this thing.

In the end, what you eat isn't as important as how much you eat and when you eat. If you eat high carb/fat stuff when your body doesn't need it, you will get fat. But when your body has been starving for 13 hours or when you've been active and you're in a deficit, your body will absolutely devour the sugar in these bars.

Not bad at all since it's all natural.

Specially if your rest of the day is not jamming french bread and donuts in your mouth.

I follow low carb and still enjoy these for a jolt of energy in the am
