Not to bad, generally seen the 18 pack go on for a buck each and costco sometimes has them 90 cents. I've had all the flavors and mint is near the top.

Just be aware they do have 17g of sugar.

I am in for two, $1/bar for protein bars is usually a fair price in my books. A lot easier to grab one as a snack in-between meetings instead of 100g of chicken

Grabbed 1, people need to stop whining about the sugar. Not everyone needs to worry or cares about their sugar consumption. Some of us use this and maybe 1 more thing as a like lunch replacement. I'd get more, but I think I'll get sick of mint pretty fast, and the other ones are a little too much to make them a great deal.

Thanks OP!
Always avoided clif bars before because of the sugar but decided to give this a try for this good price.
Got the mint and the peanut butter chocolate.

Get the Pure protein bars from costco, it's 1$ each and has 200 calories and 20grams of protein. It's 33 cents cheaper per unit and has 80 calories less. It tastes like crap but they're the best bang for the buck I've found

You get used to the chemical taste eventually. I eat them as meal replacements at lunch time, so best bang for the buck and best nutritional value out there. They taste like crap and are textured like crap because they don't have all the fillers the other brands do, saves them on cost but also makes them taste like shit. After eating a box of them you honestly start getting used to them

Ok, enough banter about the value of Protein Bars wow.

Wanna ask the real important question, what is everyones favourite flavour? Thinking of trying the Mint Chocolate

Mint is my favorite, followed by chocolate. Peanut butter chocolate is my least favorite but still pretty decent.

I've tried a bunch of the protein bars sold at Costco - these are the best tasting for me. I find the Pure protein and premier protein bars taste pretty bad and I'll usually eat anything..

Or like a really sweet candy bar (Mars/Snickers). I'll never the Premier Protein ones again either - they are so dry, chalky inside.

Seems like you can always get soy bars super cheap

Their whey bars, by comparison, with only 14 g of protein, seem to never be on sale

I stick with Vega® 20g bars, definitely pricier but I stock up whenever I see a sale
