This will go well with the 30 cases of Indomie noodles I bought. Carbs, proteins, Omega 3s: all good sources of nutrients :)

These are great for salads. Dump the entire can as a source for dressing and protein.

just FYI the FDA recommends pregnant women only eat ~3 cans of skipjack tuna a week because we've poisoned the ocean with mercury from burning coal and the FDA doesn't want us turning our kids into hamster brains. one 170g can has around 120g or 4oz of meat. kids are only supposed to eat like 1 can of skipjack a week total, and zero albacore.

CR says: "Your best strategy is to aim for 8 ounces per week of sustainably farmed or wild-caught, low-mercury fish. Among the healthiest fish are: Atlantic mackerel, Pacific sardines, freshwater (farmed) coho salmon and wild-caught salmon (including canned), and sablefish (black cod) from Alaska."

Not a good deal. I guess if your looking for 24 cans to make life simpler then why not but .99 cents or 1.19 seems to be normal ''sale'' somewhere always, if theres a limit usually 4 just do 2 purchases theres 8 cans.

I love these Tuna, like other poster mentioned here, I also have these with my instant noodles. These used to go on sale quite frequently for like $24 for 24 long time ago, I haven't seen it at that price for a while now, I guess I'll just get it at $28 now.
