For those that didn't follow the original Costco post, I made a 3D design so that you can 3D print a bigger comb, since the biggest in the box is #4 at 1/2".

With this design you can separately print the clip and the fins, which you could modify if you want to get an ever longer or shorter cut.

Kewl see this is why I ask shit of the RFD community in addition to asking Google. Very helpful people round here, moreso at times than Dr. Google.

I used my Costco one for the first time yesterday. I've been giving myself 1/2" brush cuts for over 20 years. This cordless design is a nice upgrade from my corded clippers. Works good imo.
