I've been running these on my rads for 5+ years without complaint. (Grabbed a couple as spares).

Thanks OP

Very loud, even at medium speed. Would probably opt for P12s since they are very comparable performance. price (you can easily find them for cheaper than the sale price of these ML140), and warranty.

I have two of these on my CPU cooler and can confirm they get really loud at higher speeds. Louder than literally every other computer fan I've ever heard. They move a ton of air and cool very well though, and at low speeds they're silent.

Yes they're stupidly loud at anything over 1400 RPM, but there's also very little benefit to running them higher than that. I tune mine to run well below that.

I'm running 15 of these in my system.

Good fans. Recommended. The integration with Cue software is great too

I had the same ones in my system and replaced them a few years later, I couldn't stand the noise they make.
But for $25, if you don't care about the noise, like how they look, and love the bloatware named iCue for some odd reason, its a good price.
But otherwise, I would suggest the Arctic P12 fans ($16-17 per fan, used to be cheaper) over these, or even the Noctua redux fans ($16-17 per fan).
Doesn't move much air for how loud they get in my opinion. There are fans out there that moves just as much air without the crazy noise levels. Every time they ramp up, it sounded like a jet engine.
I gave these fans to my younger brother, but he hates them too lol.

The video Skrateboard (post #3) posted is a good comparison video.
