First time posting, be gentle :)

Been keeping my eye open on a few PC components and noticed this has been the lowest I've seen according to CCC.

Worse timings, otherwise similar. I would keep yours unless you need low profile ram compatibility with a large cooler like Noctua NH-D15

Sorry, do you mean the Corsair has worse timings? I don't own the G Skill, but just doing some comparison shopping because I'm in the market for 3200 RAM, and the G Skill was on my list to buy due to their price but these Corsairs popped up lol

How does this compare to the deal from two days ago? Price is lower but is there any significant difference in the functionality?

No, it still only reads and writes bits.

It shouldn't? Nothing's changed aside from the price. If you're ok with 3200mhz and CL16 timing, these will do just fine. I got these mainly for noctua d15 clearance

Okay, every other post is usually someone commenting on speeds and not being an expert I assumed that it wouldn't really impact my general and gaming usage.

open an amazon chat and request a price adjustment. if that does not work then purchase the 79 and when it arrives, return it using the 89 order.
