It’s got good reviews - but I can’t find a comparable “regular price” on Canada Computers or NCIX.

Anybody know the normal price?

Be forewarned that other Corsair PSUs being sold by Amazon.ca show delivery times of 1-2 months (VS550) and 2-5 months (VS650) so with this model being OOS, you might be in for an extended wait.

Memory Express recently posted an announcement on their webpage advising customers that there is a power supply shortage. Crazy. I guess to power their video cards, miners also need a power source too.

In that case, you might as well pony up an extra $5 and get a Seasonic 620, with almost 200w extra and way more modular connectors...

I’ve built at least 10 computers over the past 15 years. I don’t consider myself an enthusiast or expert, but I’ve never heard of a Sea Sonic PSU, are they good? More reliable than Corsair?

LOOOOOOL, you've built computers for 15 years and NEVER heard of Seasonic? Please tell me that's a joke. Seasonic is an OEM. Most PSU companies like Corsair, EVGA, etc get their PSU made by Seasonic and then re-badge it.

I was going to mention Seasonic Full Modular PSU is available too with a $20 MIR but I don't have an experience with the Seasonic MIRs so can't say how reliable it is to get the rebate

Well being NCIX went bankrupt, your not really going to be finding much of anything on their website
