Firstly, this is an Activision game so no chance unless by some miracle someone makes a price error and you stack some ridiculous things on top. Secondly, only Greatest Hits go down to $9.99 and you need to meet a minimum age and sales requirement to be considered for the program. Crash 4 didn't sell a lot and it's still pretty new. However let me know when you do find it for $10

I finally got to mod my PS3 and loaded up the first psx iso, so naturally it was the original CB.
Played 4 hours total and woke up in the morning with my thump super sore (sticks dont exist on Ps1 so that directional pad hurt me real bad).
By the time I graduate to this game it will hopefully be under 20.
