Damn, I got a cheap one not too long ago so I dont need an SSD but this is a steal. For anyone who's never used one: migrate your OS to this drive and your PC boots up in about 30 seconds. Cant go wrong.

Yes but for a $3 + Tx difference, the BX300 is a much better SSD with faster and more durable MLC memory cells.

Why are people not stating that it's from a 3rd party seller?

It's fine with a 99% rating on over 8,000 lifetime ratings.

It's not a "Just Launched" merchant.

no it's not.
Instead of putting a link to other deals,
state that it's from a 3rd party seller.

If it is fulfilled by Amazon, I find those are usually safe because you deal directly with Amazon vs the third party.

Guys I have my popcorn now. Please continue the 3rd party argument/fight. It's entertaining.

Sorry to be the wet blanket here, but I'm done. If you don't trust a 3rd party seller with a 99% score over 8,000 lifetime ratings, don't buy. It's as simple as that!

The thought of mentioning that it was a 3rd party seller didn't even cross my mind when I posted.

Though I usually indicate it in my "Guide + Hot Deals" that you can click from my signature.

As somebody mentioned, because it's fulfilled by Amazon there is no issue on this. I saw the price a day ago and have been trying to decide whether I wait to see if the 480GB goes back on sale or not.

They could possibly be refurbished or customer return. Not saying these are. With directly from Amazon, you know you are getting a guaranteed good product and warranty can be used. Again not saying warranty can't be used with these one's but I am not gonna risk that if something happens few years down the road.

Reason: unnecessary
0 tolerance for BS.

If I downvote, chances are it's less about the deal, and more about OP's inability to take criticism and constantly favoring their deal due to their ego.

Look, I don't get a commission if you buy but it says "New". Not "Refurbished" or "Used" but "New". If Aero Malls would pull that kind of crap on its customers, it would show in the ratings and eventually they would be kicked out of the Amazon platform.

Plus, a "few years down the road" if you need to make a claim against the warranty, you could deal directly with Crucial.

If you are even JUST thinking about a 480 GB SSD, don't buy a 120 GB, you WILL regret it!

Did you notice that you are not watching the 240GB but the 480GB!!!

Buy this instead:

Crucial MX500 500 GB $99 Mike’s Computer Shop

Samsung 860 EVO 500 GB $120 Newegg.ca Staples in store

Did I ever tell you I don't trust this 3rd party seller?
You put the wrong description.
The vendor isn't Amazon.
It's not whether I trust this 3rd party seller or not.
