Just an FYI you should get the hexagonal screws so that when the philips head or the flat head part on the screw goes dull, you can use a wrench to take the screws off.

This, plus get them from the dealership parts store. Last time I got them for free from Honda. They will not rust

A quick drill out of the central protuberance and then a standard screwdriver bit set will have something that can get those off too. An extra step mind you...

Had to do this for some screws on a honeywell fan I owned to open it up and lubricate it to make the squealing stop. I guess Honeywell didn't want their screws being stolen either.
