You might be right. If it was Aukey, I’ll remove the statement!

Edit: I made an incorrect statement that ibeleaf was responding to (about paid reviews). On investigation, it appears that it was Aukey that was involved, not Anker.

Anker is solid. I have quite few chargers and cables. With rare exceptions all worked very good. Recently, one of my 3m cables stopped working. I checked my order and found that I bought it little over a year ago and thanks to the cable’s 18 months warranty, I had a replacement in coupe of days. Just sent Anker the serial number, photo and order number.
I am a fan. Highly recommended.

geez, I just bought two of that 4 port one for 54.99, still out for delivery.
Amazon direct messaged Anker, hopefully they can refund the difference.

FWIW, all these China brands bribe people for reviews. I think where Aukey really crossed the line was bribing people to take down bad reviews, especially when safety issues were addressed. When those reports starting coming out, I retired all my Aukey chargers immediately. Anker, on the other hand, has been pretty accountable when the odd problem does pop up, including recalling a batch of faulty USB C cables (the USB C launch was quite a fiasco in general, many major brands had faulty cables). They've also been willing to submit their products for teardowns and whatnot, makes it easier to trust a China brand when they go the extra mile to show they take safety seriously.

There seem to be some on/off listings updates going on now. Few minutes ago they had power bar taken off the Deal of the day list and, few minutes later added back… wait few minutes, see if it’s added back

3 usb ports share 18W together, but a signle port can output 12W max. Pretty useless. The design looks cool but that's it for this overpriced power strip.

Edit: Aukey indeed found to be shady by posting fake reviews.
News flash:

They ALL Use fake reviews

Don't even bother with amazon reviews when deciding to buy something, do external research, do your google and do your forum crawl. The ones you know about posting fake reviews are just the tip of the iceberg.

⬆ definitely this.

Anker used to be just as bad as Aukey a few years ago, but seem to have gotten a little less shady as their brand grew and started getting distribution outside Amazon too. There's definitely still some obvious bribed reviews on almost all of their product pages though, just they aren't completely overrun with them like times past. I figured the likes of Aukey, Ravpower, etc. being outright banned from Amazon would change this, but nope, Ravpower just sells under different names now and I'm sure Aukey will be back too if they aren't already. Bribed reviews still happening just as often, I've gotten some random emails lately offering me $5 to buy and review products with five stars. I don't think Amazon will ever truly get ahead of this - they only had a lucky moment when that big database leaked and they could hit everyone in it.

Is the 65W charger a 45W+20W or a 65W that shares bandwidth with all ports? 45W is enough to slow charge my laptop, but I was hoping for a 65W single port.

Would the charger have enough power to run a Switch in dock mode?
If it’s not at least 50% off is it really a deal?

I can personally confirm though that the PowerPort Atom III Slim Wall Charger can power a docked Switch (though I only did it for testing purposes, never actually games with it) if that's the charger you were asking about. Anything that does USB PD on 15V with 39W (2.6V) or higher should theoretically be able to power a docker Switch.
