Perhaps for some cheaper machines, but these are used in $1000+ super auto machines. I'll gladly pay for this descaler that I know works with my machine. These machines also require it to not void warranties.

It’s basically citric acid. Vinegar/lemon is fine. It’s not gonna good your warranty just wash it out with water. If a machine breaks down because of itsy bitsy vinegar and they deny you warrnaty, it means it’s a crappy company to begin with.

I have a machine with a $2500-3000 MSRP I don't care I know it's a rip-off I'm going to use their snake oil in it.

By the way I'm pretty sure it's lactic acid based.
