Not from what I've seen. Only 3rd party hacks

This! The new V2 Wyze cams actually support RTSP and were super easy to add to home assistant, if you don't mind spending a bit more. http://prntscr.com/q5aq8s

You can yes, but I just use the live view. The screenshot I attached is a snippet of my dashboard, code to add a Wyze cam that I used is:

Then on the dashboard:
