You sure? You entered the code? I successfully got it five mins ago.
Edit: Just tried again, no dice. I must've got the last one.

braveblade wrote: Honestly if you have an expensive desk, don't get a dual monitor mount. Buy 2 single monitor mount instead. The weight of 2 monitors will stress the clamp in the long run and then damage your desk.
If you are using a cheap ikea desk, or even cheaper with 1/2" presswood top only, then yes, without any help, this can put a single stress point and damage the desk. However there are options.

Daughter has a cheap ikea desk, and I have a dual monitor stand which I recently installed for her. What I did to add some support is on the underside (where you tighten the clamp), I added a 1ft long piece of 1x3 (you could use a 2" or 3" strip of 3/4" plywood. That way it spreads out the clamping force a little and the single point stress is on the 1x3 and not the desk itself. After installing it, I tested it a bit and you would really have to put some serious weight on that stand to do any damage on the desk. I also installed one on an old el-cheapo bestar, canadian tire $89 desk using the same technic, and it is pretty solid also.

Arrived and installed, the gas spring arm is hard to fix at a certain level, but it does the job, and the whole mount is pretty solid.

Mounted two HP E243 monitors and they are looking good! For $23, this is a no brainer! Thanks OP!

Dual but independent arms are better for tight or to save space. Also good for two 32" instead of 27": https://www.amazon.ca/HUANUO-Dual-Monit ... B07LDZYH8M.

I put just 6" of space from the column to the back of the 2 monitors and nothing protruding behind the column. Can be as little as 4". You can't do that with the OP or other types. Two separate stands would be OK but usually cost more, need more space and not as tidy.

Just a heads up check your monitor weight before buying this stand. I have similar stand and can’t use it for my dell monitors, 14.3lb each.

These types of stands will not hold such monitors. My monitors were just sliding down when attached.

I ended up buying another type mechanical stand with straight horizontal arms.

from my experience.. better off getting two separate gas spring arm mounts instead of a dual. Especially if two different sized monitors
