This thing is way too thin, may as well just use a regular pillow. Ridiculous over inflated "regular price".

As someone who moves like a fish out of water while sleeping, the strap is very convenient. I wish the pillow was a tad taller tho

I received it last Wednesday. I used to put a pillow between my thighs. This is much better, and with the strap it keeps it in place when I move/turn around on the other side.

To align the legs with the back, for side sleepers. I have lower back issues (hernias) and this help a lot no more sore back in the middle of the night.
