Does not sanitize.

The #1 selling, biodegradable, waterless, petroleum solvent-free hand cleaner that contains no harsh chemicals, petroleum solvents or ammonia that can sting cuts and abrasions. Pure, orange scented natural citrus power does the cleaning. Fortified with aloe, lanolin, glycerin, and other skin conditioners. Smooth Formula gently deep cleans the toughest dirt. Works great on laundry stains, scuff marks, tile floors, pet odors and many other household cleaning needs.

Same at Home depot: Link

The stuff is magic, definitely get it if you get your hands dirty. Smells a lot nicer than gasoline, and the container lasts forever.

I got the one with the grains in it.

Amazing cleaner for hands that are caked with grease, grime, paint etc.

Tempted to pickup this regular version.

Which one is better, with or without pumice?

The one with pumice is better at removing stuff that is really stuck on your hands like grease or paint. The other one would work fine for light oils, dirt etc.

Seems to be what the regular non inflated price should be.

The pumice one is the one to get.

Hot or not. This stuff is nice to have around. I silicone the bathroom yesterday. Soap and water could not get rid of the silicone feel on your hands. I remembered I had some of this stuff and used it. MAGIC. My hands never felt cleaner!

Definitely want it with the pumice so you can get out all the grease and grime.
Free shipping ?
Nahhh No shipping on some items, and this is one of them (most liquids, sprays, etc..).
"In Store Only",

This is a nice price however.

Not English apparently.
Virtually = nearly; almost

IIRC, last time I purchased, I paid under $12 for a 3.78L & it lasted forever. I see Kingkelly found a smoking hot sale on it that I missed though!

ps, these are great for taking camping; leave on trailer bumper beside water for kids to clean up before going near the inside of a trailer!

Wow, I didn't realize that the regular price for this on Amazon is in the $30's. I usually see the ones with pumice on for $20/gallon regular price and on sale often for $10 - $12 at Princess Auto or CT. A gallon lasted me over 10 years and I'm on a second jug. This stuff with or without pumice is a must if you work on cars and other greasy stuff. Regular soaps just can't remove the grease or oil as effectively.
Update:
Yup, the smooth Gojo is $20/gallon regular price at PA, on sale for $11 in March.

1/3 more is virtually/almost/nearly the same?
Must be one of those common core math wizards.
And if you don't know fractions ... 1/3 = 33.333333%
