[Amazon Canada] Flavacol Seasoning Popcorn Salt $8.93

For those interested in theater style popcorn, this is the salt you want. You just add in half teaspoon in your popcorn popper and you are good to go!

Have had this in my cart for quite some time and have never seen it this low. Enjoy!

Update: Amazon temporarily out of stock, still at $8.93 just might need to wait abit.

From self proclaimed popcorn experts I've heard to get the real taste you need the popping oil as well, though some say they use coconut oil and find it comparable.

Edit: This oil right here.

I bought a whirly pop and some flavacol. I use a tablespoon of coconut oil and 1/4 teaspoon flavacol for delicious popcorn. My wife is pretty hard to please land she enjoys it more than topped with regular butter.

114% of the daily sodium content in 1 teaspoon serving

I will pass on that

I also have this stuff and it helps salt your popcorn but it just isn't the same as theatre.

It doesn't give your popcorn that yellow colour.
Wallet safe

The first ingredient is salt. I'm not sure what you expected.

Bulk barn also makes something similar. I would recommend instead using melted butter/margarine, sea salt, and rosemary to season your popcorn.

You will never finish this before it expires... and if you can, you probably shouldn't.

I bought one several years ago and have maybe used 1/10 of the carton. It was best before last year sometime, although I'm not overly concerned as the only real ingredients are salt and artificial color.
