I got Corsair Vengeance a couple of weeks ago for $150 on Amazon.ca:
Corsair CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16 Vengeance LPX Memory 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 1.35V, Black https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B072LX99L9/

They happen to be Samsung b die too but I read it depends on the version. Should keep an eye on these to be back in stock if you are looking for the cheaper ram for ryzen builds. Got them to pass Memtest86 at 3333c14 with 1.38v.

Watch out for the other version which is “intel compatible”: CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. These will definitely not be b die.

Not all samsung chips are b die. B die chips should be able to over clock to around 4000mhz and are usually sold as 3200mhz CAS 14.

Also for anyone who doesn't want to mess around with overclocking manually. These Patriot kits are the cheapest RGB kit over 4000mhz, and they are the same price as these G skills. I personally like the look of and trust G skill more though.

$229 16gb rgb 4133mhz Samsung B die.

These are 100% b-die according to all the sources I checked like b-die finder. They're just lower binned 3200 cas 14.

B die finder doesnt have any Corsair 3200 cas 16 kits listed.

This RGB 3600 kit isn't listed on B die finder either....

EDIT. Yes they are you, you're correct. I just had to change it to be "All Kits" instead of "Common Kits"

For CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16, they are not guaranteed to be Samsung b-die that is why they are not listed on b die finder. The ones that Amazon had in stock a couple weeks ago were b-die. I checked with thaiphoon burner.

It depends on the version:
Only those with v4.31 are Samsung B-die. 4.24 is Samsung E-die, anything 5.xx is Hynix, and anything 3.xx is Micron.

Please put the type of DDR in the title... not the other irrelevant information

I've changed it but anyone smart enough to build their own computer should realize that in 2019 it would be DDR4.
