There's another alternative to consider these days: the super-capacitor jump starter. No lithium-ion battery, they use a super-capacitor instead. The capacitor can't store a charge for a long time without it leaking away, so how they work is that you connect it to your weak battery for a few minutes and let it build up charge, then it can dump all that charge at once into giving you a boost. If your battery is too depleted to do even that much, you can ask someone else nearby to connect it to their car for a few minutes to build up charge - no need to string jumper cables between the cars.
Any link?

Do these hold their charge levels if left in the car during the winter temperatures? Or do they need to be stored indoors

You get double the fakery for only a few dollars more! I'm holding out for the model with a gazillion peak amps...

actually it is a better product, if you take a few minutes to read about them.
you can wait and buy a $500 one, if you think those are any better.

Trekpow TJ2500

Many thanks to you and the OP!

Is it safe to keep it inside the car during cold weather?

TIA

Very high number of 5 star reviews with overly-effusive praise = fake. Portable jump starters are far from a perfect product, and most buyers can't test them right away.
Ran it through fakespot and it's still 4.5 stars w/ 80% reliable reviews.

That one also has good reviews from RFD users.
You mean the one that normally sells for $200 but sold for $30 because of a price error with stackable offers?
