These are pretty good. I bought a couple earlier this year and used them on 2 car camping trips. No problems. Comfortable. Warm. Smooth zipper. And I appreciate that they are compact but pack easily into their bags, unlike other ones that require you to really compress to until they fit into the bag.
I doubt this is actually waterproof but just in case you do not want a waterproof sleeping bag.
Waterproof = minimal breathability = very uncomfortable to sleep in. There are some that have breathable layers but they're usually very expensive. Some Nemo bags have waterproofing in the footbox only to prevent condensation getting on your down when you run against the tent.
I'd personally pass on this. If you're looking for a good sale on a good quality sleeping bag SAIL has TNF Aleutian -7 on sale for 50% off. I think it's like 70$ for a 3 season sleeping bag. Very good price.
