And if you got $10 off with Amazon via previous TD Promo, it allows you to enroll, however not eligible for the 2nd promo, expiring Jan 31st

Yes, other users have reported that the TD-Amazon promo appears to be one-time use, despite new dates, as other users could not participate in this offer.
We will have to keep trying moving forward. Maybe they'll forget lol

You only have to use 3 TD points (1 cent value) and can pay $39.99 with your Amazon balance.
