I think it's slightly better than no-name brands on eBay but reading the reviews, have to agree stay away.NoCountry4RFDer wrote: ↑ This is a lot of data to put in an unknown brand. I assume this is similar to ebay cards

So how large is the whole Dr. Who and Coronation Street series again from start to current? Maybe someone out there doesn't have wifi or cell service where they are.NoCountry4RFDer wrote: ↑ This is a lot of data to put in an unknown brand. I assume this is similar to ebay cards

I think people would prefer to fill it with something related to below.thedealhunter2000 wrote: ↑ So how large is the whole Dr. Who and Coronation Street series again from start to current? Maybe someone out there doesn't have wifi or cell service where they are.
So everyone, if you have 512gb and stuck on a deserted island with a solar panel to charge the tablet or phone and no cell service what would you fill that 512gb up with?

SDXC as a standard supports up to 2TB so I imagine most devices will work fine with 512GB. I suspect it's more manufacturers only tested their products with 256GB so they don't want to run into issues if it doesn't work.

For another $13.80 can get a Lexar 512GB sold by Amazon, which I'd trust more.

Microsoft owns the patents for XC SD cards. The licensing may only allow up to X GB to work.
