Before you buy a lot of these supplements, use your free health care and check whether you are actually deficient in any of them. Go to a doctor, or use an online doctor (smarter, imo), and ask for lab work, which you should be doing every year anyways. Make sure you're getting the usual, cholesterol, Vitamin D (double check coverage), B12, Iron, A1C, Creatinine, Magnesium, zinc, copper, and whatever else.

Personal opinion,
- Most people should be taking Vitamin D and I'm talking like +3000 a day, especially in the winter.
- Zinc 25-50mg, with a meal or you'll get nausea. Cheap, good for the s!x drive, anti inflammatory, wards off illness (or I like to think so).
- Magnessium, there are a couple variants and the cheaper ones tend to be mild laxatives, but still give a nice energy boost.
~~Magnesium Malate - non-laxtive, energy boost, loosens muscles
~~Magnesium Glycinate - non-laxative, calming.
~~Magnesium threonate - brain
~~Magnesium oxide / Magnesium citric acid is a mild laxative.
- Iron (check lab results), but I'd think woman may need it even more-so (periods may influence it?)
- Omega 3, if I'm not mistaken, is the only one you likely need more of. If anything you get too much of 6 in a standard diet and you want them to be closer to 1:1 so you almost never want the 3,6,9 do-all pills. (double check research on this before taking my advice).
- Creatine is cheap and useful, whether you're a gym rat or not, google it.

I play around here and there, but Vitamin D + Zinc bare minimum, imo.

Zinc and Copper need to be balanced, because too much of one over the other causes a decrease in absorption. I would get Copper, Zinc, D and Potassium

The GNC COD LIVER OIL description says:
"Important information
Ingredients
Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin"

So revealing! So, no cod liver oil, just soybean oil? And no reviews.

I hope you mean digestive enzymes.
Why would you want to put yourself in distress after a buffet, lol.

I meant digestive. Morning typo. Buffets are stressful on the tummy tho.

I've been struggling with this for a while. I bought both early in the summer. Been taking roughly 60 mg of elemental zinc equivalent (100 mg of zinc citrate and a bit of something else). This is a very high dose. So I decided to buy copper as well. But I can't find the proper ratio. I'm not down with the idea of taking copper without actually knowing the details.
