The Shorty tripod can also be extended out to act as a selfie stick if that's what you're asking. It's actually quite a useful accessory.

The costco one comes with a soft case, a different stick and two extra batteries. This comes with a different stick that opens as a tripod, only 1 extra battery and a headmount. $90 difference so I think the amazon one is a way better deal. You can get an extra battery+ case for cheap.

Amazon bundle comes with extra battery as well. I don't think the Costco bundle comes with 3 batteries.

The costco deal was 389 a week ago. Keep your eyes on it for another promotion for Christmas.

reviews say the 8 is better than the 9 in some aspects and when factoring in price as well, 8 > 9.
