I have a cast iron. It’s 14” and it’s THICK. It’s definitely a workout, but even just holding it in your hand is so satisfying. Sometimes it’s a bit too much to handle, and sometimes the cleanup is a lot. But it’s not too much work as long as you oil it up after finishing. Not for everyone, but once you try it…
