This is a normal sale price. I'm keeping track to buy one for the inlaws.

If you have a 20% off coupon at bed bath beyond, it is $240 plus tax.

For boosters either Walmart or winners / Marshall's for $14 boosters

The strap for tightening when forward facing is not the easiest to use..

I probably wouldn’t spend the extra for the 4 in 1 again. If I had to buy another I’d probably opt for the extend 2 fit

Just my 2 cents.. been using this for over 2 yrs now

Bought this for my son a few years back. Awesome seat for all stages. He's almost ready for the final booster seat stage :)

Opposite experience. I find it super smooth and easy to tighten when compared to most car seats.

I've had the exact same experience, the strap is very hard. I wouldn't buy it again.

Is it acceptable to get this expiry date if picking up the seat today?

Expiry is 10 years from the manufacture date so should be fine

Yep - I can confirm what @domo325 said. Couldn't find the expiration date on the seat itself, but the instruction booklet provided with the chair says 10 years from manufacturing date.
