[Amazon.ca] HD 7 Inch 1200X Electron Microscope with 8 Adjustable LED Lights

We have this in the shop for looking at small things and is very good price for this microscope with 7" display. Other sell for $100+. We buy 6 more for shop and the boys not need to share.

We see someone use for cell phone repair at cell phone repair shop and we buy for shop. Boss also see locksmith use same, but one with a smaller display.

Pro:
  1. not need to move eye to the viewer
  2. has 7" LCD display (not need computer)
  3. small, can move to corner when not use
  4. good price
  5. free ship

Con:
  1. not the cheapest (same as USB without stand = $20)
  2. not pro grade
  3. build quality not lab grade
  4. description is wrong
  5. not come with micro SD card
  6. not come with battery (plug into any USB power adapter)

First review I read: "This is good toy for kids, very low quality".

This obviously isn't an electron microscope, but if you want to zoom in on stuff I guess it has some value? I'd suggest that the reviews that align this with being a toy are probably right.

Not good. This is a singular lens with digital zoom of 1200x. It’s no better than the “200x USB microscope” you can get for $10. If you really want a microscope, go for a compound lens system with a good objective lens.

By the way, at 400x you can see blood cells and 1000x you can see most bacteria. This microscope can see neither so you know they’re lying.

Also:
Package Includes:

1 * Electron Microscope
Yeah, ok.

The picture looks serious. Maybe the engineers at AMD/Intel/nVidia use such a scope.

Not exactly good reviews.

I update my post with some links of how to use.

Quality is just OK, NOT PRO grade.

I post deal because it is 1/2 the price others are selling for and we find these very useful in our shop.

This deal is not for everyone. It is only useful if you need to look at this close when repair things, but not want to spend $$$$$.

Should I delete this deal?

Hahaha I didn't know what to expect at $60. Was ready to pull the trigger if it was real electron microscope (as in the ones that cost millions of dollars). Would've been happy with either a TEM or SEM at this price. Pretty big difference between "electron" and "electronics" here. Lol.

Much smaller than the SEM I used in the lab. Damn technology has come a long way.

Also, made me think of CSI

I used a Hitachi Scanning Electron Microscope in school and the microscope in OP’s post is basically a digital microscope.

Is this SEM or TEM? Will I be able to visualize virions with this? does it come with copper grid holder????

Saw the title and knew this was bogus, but still cool! I've been struggling with a jeol 1400 and seeing this advertised brightened my day.

So many jerks here, lol. OP the reason you are getting the negatives is because you said ELECTRON instead of ELECTRONICS WORK microscope.
I was actually wanting one of these for a while, just wasnt able to sort thru all the choices on aliexpress, I was considering this $20 version without the base plate and screen. Thanks for your review and the post! I am going to order this but question, no power cord is shown?? It doesnt require a battery. So.... does it take electrons from the air or what is going on here?

EDIT: think the $20 usb one I linked would work by plugging it into your phone and using it for power and the LCD screen.

No, therefore microscope using electrons. Or electron-using microscope.
Is that an electron microscope? No.

Is it cheap? Sure. That is not all that is required to make it a good purchase for many. No harm in pointing out the risks and making your own decisions. Happy 2021!
