Of course they are not on par with Nike or Adidas at high-range running shoes or top sub-brands like Ultraboost, Flyknit etc etc. But they have their own value from lower mid-range to low-range. For example, a low level Adidas sneaker may worse than a Li-Ning or Xtep shoe at the same price. Or say another way, we can compare an Adidas low-level sneaker to a Skechers sneaker at the same price. They are like Skechers, but less well-known. Nowaday you can find many Skechers with similar technologies as Nike and Das for example Skechers Air, Skechers Boost, and you can find the same shoes with those techs in Li-Ning or Xstep, with cheaper price.
Of course, adidas U Path run sneaker is a good running sneaker, I think. But for running, I strongly believe that the best running shoe is the shoe really fits to your feet form, and it does not mean that expensive shoes are good. A cheap shoe but fits, may serve you better.
