You need to subscribe to 5 things or more that gets shipped out in the same month to get 15% off that month. Otherwise, it is just 5% off.

Is it refill only or it comes with actual box with opening lid?

Says refill
Also I don't think they sell ones with actual box packed like this, not very efficient if you have 5 individual packed boxes in one large box

I think it’s cheaper but they’re different. Amazon’s is refills, i.e. no easy open boxes.

These come in 6 white plastic bags. Meant to be used to refill an existing container.

These wipes are thick yet soft. I find the Pampers sensitive to be too dry, these have a bit more liquid. Just a heads up, these wipes don't work very well out of a pampers wipe dispenser as they have a different system. The huggies wipes are interlaced (the end of one wipe sits on top of the beginning of the next one) while the huggies are basically one continuous wipe with perforations so they tear into one "wipe"(like paper towels) .

With two little ones at home, time to build another load bearing wall out of these.

Pampers Sensitive are currently $20.98 ($4.00 off) for 1008 wipes (6 refill packs with pop-top lid):
Pampers Sensitive Wipes (Amazon)

Not as good of a price but we prefer these over the Huggies ones... but prefer Huggies for Diapers :/

So the picture is misleading?

Yes. However, based on Amazon's title, I think at least with their current stock, you would get 6 refill packs plus one container. Huggies run this promotion time to time. I remember having received a free container earlier.

Ummm.... can't speak for everyone, but I have a baby.... though I'd love to see this type of question asked in a baby food post.
