yeah, it's weird....a wired phone that needs batteries/charging. It's the worst of both worlds.

Haven't heard these, but the star feature is the sound quality, so it might be worth it to some. It was as low as $200 with past sales (Hyperx site, with coupon and sale stacked)

Yea I ordered these and wasn’t worth the hassle of the wire and the mic sucks, people can hardly hear me even with my mic turned up. Went back to my Logitech 933s.

The mic is actually fine it's just preset too low. There are multiple programs on Windows that are easy to use that can boost the volume like equalizer APO.
