I'll pick up a second one for $340 (I adore my first one but want another for my second floor. Currently have a dumb bump and turn robo there and while it does pick stuff up, it's just an embarrassment compared to the Xioami)

For everyone hating on the i5 version, you probably paid $140 for it like I did. For that price, I'm extremely happy with mine.

Just a heads up, some robot vacuum cleaners with mapping have it in their terms to upload the layout and timing of your house to their servers where they aggregate it and sell it to third parties. Heard it on Ashes Ashes podcast, no companies mentioned but something to be mindful of.

we figured even if it only cleans 50% of what a regular handheld vacuum could do, it'd be well worth the money in terms of time saved. and it hasn't disappointed us.

if you can, i'd highly recommend a robo-vac.
Not all robo vacs are created equal. Your 6 series Roomba is a joke compared to the Xiaomi robot (which is equivalent to 9 series Roomba). Really, you should upgrade, it will blow your mind.
This new ilife - not sure. They used to be low end.. but if they have navigation now definitely worth a closer look

you should try the first generation Xiaomi. It is the same as 9 series Roomba but much cheaper.

So this is regular price? Why is it a deal?

It's not regular price, it does say "Deal Price", and when you search says "Limited time deal" but doesn't show the regular price. Keepa shows the regular price of $370.

How is this better than some of the other robot vacs? I see some that 200 with a 50 coupon. Is this much better?

those do not map. They go straight, hit something, make a random turn, and repeat.
The current OP one is mapping and does line by line
