Which annoying mechanics are that? I've played both games for dozens of hours. Immortals is just a boat load of "busy-making" micro-objectives to artificially pad out a 10 hour game. The writing is actually kinda fun? But beyond that, oof, it's a third rate Zelda clone.

I couldn't stand the weapon breaking mechanic from BOTW. It made playing the game a chore.

I am playing this game on PS5. I find the story/dialogue amusing . And it is B E A U T I F U L... might take decades for Nintendo to get to this level. Runs at 60 Fps.

Its a more enjoyable due to better graphics, God Powers & Combat (no weapon breaking). I have played and finished BoTW 3 times already.

Also, this is the closet you are going to get a Kid Icarus game...

Definitely a bit kid friendly....

Oh god, I loved it. Made weapons still feel special knowing you couldn't use them as a giant "I win" button everywhere. I guess that's where Icarus lacks for me, you get to god mode too quickly, and you kinda just stay there.

Another example of why not to buy games on release date. I don't think any games make it past 2 months or less now without going on sale.

Seems like a good deal and I enjoy the Zelda formula since inception. I'm currently playing Spiderman remastered (first time) and then Miles Morales on PS5, while I wait for my copy of Cyberpunk to mature on PC. I realistically won't have time for this game for a few months, so I may wait it out. Thanks though op, very tempting.
