No, it's the lowest because it's not the current generation.

While I do believe AMD still on the lead, I'm not so sure about the zen3 pricing. $450 US in the 5800x against $380 on 10700k will be a tight race...

The chip is two years old and overpriced to begin with. This should've been the launch price.

Same cpu @ 4.4 ghz. Just really need a new gpu. 970 is barely holding on.
