I was able to order two and got one already. It will pop up every now and then.

Good price if you actually have a use for a tablet with this much power, find it frustrating to see people vote its not a good price based on ignorance alone. For context, this probably only makes sense for people editing video. This is faster than a Core i9 16" MacBook Pro.

Laughable how? What should they charge for something that beats a laptop with a core i9? Again its ignorance. A desktop core i9 alone is $600, thats just a cpu. You can also go look at what windows laptops with a core i9 cost for reference.

the new Intel i9 is more faster than M1 max... apple prices are laughable...

Give me a form factor like ipad pro with the amazing mini-LED screen I will switch immediately. Otherwise the ipad pro have far better longevity than any windows junk tablet on the market now.

An i9 is faster and cheaper. You can get a Tab S7+ which is better performance for $400+ less than this 'sale' price

I have mix feelings about M1 IPad Pros.

The battery life is definitely worse and very unpredictable. The chassis could be quite warm sometimes. I think Apple need a redesign iPad Pro to accommodate M1, the current version is inadequate.

Maybe we will see a thick & heavy iPad Pro this year, following the same route as latest Pro products.

I'm wondering this too, I've had the page up all day refreshing constantly but no luck on the silver 512...

Thanks for posting op! Sucks that all the dummies flock here to downvote Apple kneejerkingly, this tablet is an absolute monster and that's a solid price for a non refurb!
