How tough are these? I usually only use Stanley carbides.

Or you can also consider this one. However, only 100 pack is good price right now. 50 pack is quite expensive.

It's probably a pretty good price for blades, but a pack of 50 would last me a couple of centuries....

How come it give me the US price after I entered a Canadian address, anyway.
You are right, The price history shows the lowest is 16.58 in CND

17.51 is decent if you need one, to me still not a good price to jump and store for future.

That is because of the exchange rate. It was around 1.25 at that time. However, the exchange now is like 1.4.
Anyways, there is still chance price maybe lower in the future, maybe in the next few years. However, once the next inflation kicks in, price will jump dramatically.

I don't think the Stanley blades is bi-metal. If you are not using for construction, you can consider the one from Tekton. If you are using for construction, then Stanley blade is also good choice.
