This is typical grocery store pricing, the real benefit is that you don’t actually have to go to the store. Italpasta (the normal one) is pretty meh TBH, although their bronze die stuff was actually decent. Still upvoted, thanks OP.

It's for a dollar shipped to your door. Not even dollarama comes close to this.

Yeah got 2 packages in my Amazon box this morning. Started out as a filler, but my wife and I added a couple of things,. But still bought the pasta. One bag in my pantry, the other in my food bank box.

This is lisce/smooth. The ridges are essential to an enjoyable penne experience.

Tastes better if you leave this on repeat.

Fresh pasta tastes different for sure but I find all packaged dry pasta that I buy at the grocery store tastes the same. Maybe I haven't tried enough? The No Name stuff is actually our favourite...

DeCecco is decent.
Delvedre is good as well.
Molisanna isn't bad.

Unico, NN, italpasta etc.... Equal to pizza pizza (if that makes sense lol)

Tried DeCecco and Molisanna when on sale last month. Really can't say we noticed any difference in taste or texture. Will try Delvedre though if I can find it... Thx

Penne Lisce should be discontinued, worst pasta. Rigate all the way.
