10mg is way, way too much for a regular dose. Studies show that more than even 1mg doesn’t make a positive difference for most people. Read up before you buy this.

This is soon true. If I remember to take these around 6pm. I'll wake up at 5am feeling good. If I take em at 8-9. I wake up soooo groggy. To the point I don't even wanna goto work. So I chop em in half

I don't know how you guys do 10mg. My normal dose is 1mg, and my "heavy" dose is 2mg.

But I only take it once a week or so.

I find these to be the best ones I've tried (and I've tried over a dozen) with the possible exception of Naturelo Sleep Formula, which throws everything at you but the kitchen sink (i.e., Melatonin, Magnesium, L-Theanine amino acid, GABA, Valerian Root, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, and Hops Extract). The 10 mg here is warranted because these are slow release so they are absorbed gradually throughout the night.

the first time i took half a zopiclone from a friend and i woke up 26 hours later. it was great. now nothing works.
